Consoveyo successfully implemented a new Customer Relationship Management system

In order to improve the capacity of our business ecosystem and provide high quality services, Consoveyo successfully implemented a new CRM project, running on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology.

The energy and dedication of our teams were decisive for the success of this innovative project. The Go Live occurred during the first week of July, engaging both the sales and customer service teams.

Consoveyo Customer Care

Consoveyo Customer Care runs now on a multichannel and multilanguage tool, with precise control of the case management processes, entitlements and service level agreements. The project was designed to facilitate user’s adoption and customers' satisfaction and it is scalable for other Körber business units.
